• Have you used the "Terk" app. off your cell phone? It shows you where to aim your antenna for best reception. Also, did you make sure you connected it to the "Antenna in" screw on stub on the back of your T.V.? It will receive through walls, but the fewer walls you have between it and the "TV Towers" the better.

• Do you have the antenna turned towards where the towers are located? That appears to be important. Is the power working for the booster?
