• I had the same problem and all I did was move it a couple of inches and in the opposite direction of where I had set it up originally. Hope this helps

• If you get every other channel, not sure why you would have trouble with just one. I plugged mine in, held it up till I found good reception and hung it there. Maybe the app could show you a closer station. Or try anothet spot for the antenna.
