• There is _zero_ legal or code requirement not to charge an EV in a building. Gas cars catch fire at 7-100x the rate of EVs. Your FUD is not welcome here or anywhere else.

• He actually has a point. Tesla's do catch fire and have been on the news multiple times. 25ft away is a safe standard but, most people are not going to have their car that far away for charging.
