It was for the holiday, but I found a copy for a friend at BestBuy 3 days after Christmas.

You can easily pre-order it right here on bestbuy.com or pretty much anywhere else that sells games. EDIT: I now see you asked this 2 months ago. Maybe it couldn't be pre-ordered then, but it can now.
