Reserving the Standard edition is about the best you can do right now; maybe get lucky with a Collector's Version.
A:AnswerAs it has been mentioned , there's been no official statement on any further Ellie or Collector's editions to be released. You will need to keep trying back on Best Buy to see whether or not they DO release more , try another Retail Outlet , or pre-order / settle on another edition.

They all said the same thing: Nothing has indicated they are getting any additional Ellie Versions of this game And, they (personally) doubted there are going to be more Ellie Versions. . And , as mentioned , it sold out within a couple days as pre-order became available. Even thought it's really annoying, the best bet is to check on a regular basis in hope they do or more versions become an option. That or resign yourself to picking up A collector's edition; those are still available in a few places
