The first person I talked to transferred me to the department responsible for digital content and I had the email with the preorder codes within ten minutes of hanging up. If you call be ready with your name, phone number, and order number. The hold time was an hour (I chose the callback option), but the actual talk time was less then fifteen minutes and the reps were super nice.
