when do we get the preorder bonus? I had the same problem with ff7 remake, took like 3 weeks. The bonuses that are supposed to be minor upgrades to help you out when you start the g are useless once you've almost beaten the game. I'm so tired of best buy. null

You should have received it via email already. I received an email from Best Buy 6/18, with the subject "Download your PlayStation Pre Order Bonus product" and the code & instructions were there. Hopefully you find it there, check your junk folder just in case.
