“I looked at this before the release and it was applying the Gamer Club Discount. I know the website is currently having issues due to being the start of Black Friday and all, but why doesn't the Gamer's Club Discount apply to this game?”

I was told the discount only applies to the physical copy of a game, not the downloads version. Maybe that's why.

The discount wasn’t showing up in their system (I think it takes a while for the gamer’s club to show up on our profile). Staff ended up manually giving me the discount. Hope it works out for you.
