No, saves to console not the cartridge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No your save will not be transported because it is saved to the internal memory.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, the save data is tied to the switch. I’m not sure if BOTW uses cloud save, if it did as long as your Nintendo account was on each switch you might be able to. If it doesn’t support cloud save then no.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Generally, no. The save game data is saved locally meaning on your Switch console. You can however purchase a cheap Micro SDXC card with sufficient space available, and transfer all your data to that card. I have my current entire library on a Micro SDXC card and I just carry that with me. You can also log into the other Switch console and download your stored data from the servers, however this requires preplanning to set up and not easy to do in a rush.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you will lose everything

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. It’s in the memory of the switch
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Generally no but with a caveat. Save data is stored on the internal memory of the switch itself. If you subscribe to at least the basic Nintendo Online service, you can enable automatic cloud save and save download. If you sign on to the 2nd switch, and have had your data cloud saved, then in this case, yes you can continue from your cloud save data.
