“Is the art book in this edition the same 120 page art book in the UK limited edition? I know this doesn't have the steel book, but I'm more concerned that the art book is smaller and has less content because it doesn't say how large it is.”

It looks like the same one, content-wise. Haven’t counted the pages, but I think it just has a different cover.
