“Ive had the game in my cart twice now and it asks me to choose a pickup location and all it says is its not available for a pickup and makes me keep trying to find a location to pick it up.”

The restocks are regional, as dumb as that is. So it may show up yellow for you even though it's actually not been restocked in your region.
