How can I pre-order the deluxe version null

Wait for it to come back in stock. I was able to secure it by pure luck, I was essentiaslly refreshing BestBuy since the Direct ended. I'd follow @Wario64 on Twitter as he tweets whenever they're in stock.

There is no deluxe version. Just the collector’s edition.

Get lucky. Keep trying again, setup a bot, yourself if you must, but at the end of the day, if the button doesn't say "Pre-order" you cannot.
