This would be everything. Lighted marquees are pretty much guaranteed now on any cab as are matching themed risers. This includes the stool & a tin sign as well if those are important to you.

Yes it comes with the lighted marquee and also the stool and riser and even with a tin picture of the Simpsons which is really good quality
