After you complete your purchase on BestBuy.com they will verify the purchase and send an e-mail saying the order is processing. Eventually BestBuy.com will send you an e-mail with your code you need to redeem on your Xbox console or on Xbox.com. Enter your code, you'll confirm you want to use that code and it will allow you to download the game or add-on to your console.
