• Yes, it has a digital code -- you can use the code with the disc install or use it on the Origin site.

• It comes with both. I did not use the disc I instead redeemed the code and downloaded the pack through Origin.

• It comes with a digital code and a disc. I don't have a CD/DVD drive, either.

• Yes, a digital product key is provided with the disc as well. My computer doesn't have a disk drive as well and it worked perfectly fine.
