• The version that said windows came with a cd and there was a digital code that could used inside for origin.

• Both. The product key on the install sheet can be used either with the disc install or on Origin as a digital download. The product key is for Mac or PC if you use the digital download option according to the install sheet.

• I bought two copies and both of them came with a game disc and digital code. If the game has the "WIN | MAC | DVD-ROM | SOFWARE" on it, then all your bases are covered.
