Yes its compatible, will only run at 720p but its a small screen so I don't think it makes much of a difference, either way you can look at game play on YouTube.

Yes, absolutely. It looks great on hand held as well, if anything the resolution is better hand held than on the TV. Until we have a 4k Switch that is.

Of course! The only games that are not compatible are games with require detached joy-cons, such as: just dance, 1-2 switch, and other party motion controlled games.
