How is the battery life null

It has stayed charged long enough for use and removal. I haven't used it for more than about 30-45 minutes at a time, but that is ample time to relieve some aches and pains.

I get about an hour on a full charge, so several cold therapy sessions/=.

You can expect a battery life of around 120 minutes for both heat and cold and around 60 minutes when using contrast.
