Hi, Yes, the TheraFace Pro is still very beneficial without the hot/cold rings. The core features (percussive therapy, 3 LED light therapies, facial cleansing, and microcurrent) all work independently and deliver real results for circulation, toning, and overall skin health. The hot/cold attachments are a nice enhancement for depuffing and relaxation, but they’re not essential.
