Open up a browser on the internet and type Therabody mini or search therabody.com. On Therabody’s website there is a user’s guide that explains everything.

3 speeds. Long button press- on/off. Short button press- cycle speeds. Has charging port on side. Will blink with corresponding color for level of charge. Solid green means full charge. Doesn't take too long for full charge. Maybe an hour? Lasts a long time though. The ball can be detached for other attachments.
