“Say I have 32GB RAM sticks from a different used PC, could I swap out the ones in this build for those? Or is it the kind where that's not allowed/hard to circumvent? (example Alienware pre-built PCs)”

Hello, it is not likely. The memory you have and the memory in our computers have labels on them with specifications. If the labels match then you can use them. Otherwise, we do not recommend it. Best regards, Thermaltake Support
