• Yes, it will. The CPU cable is able to go from 4 to 8 pin connector. As long as the recommended power supply for the CPU does not exceed 600.

• Using this power supply I'm running an old ECS A470GM-M mobo with an AMD Phenom 4-way on the AMD2+ socket very happily. The real computer is upstairs.
