Item is compatible with my HP Pavilion A6110n. Easy to install and my PC is back again. Reconnecting the HDD and disk drives are a breeze. Cables are long which will be utilized later on when I add an additional HDD and blu-ray drive. With the added power, I can install a more powerful Video graphics card and MAX its DRAM to 8GB and this baby will be a Monster PC! Fan operates with minimal noise which is normal and ok. I'm confident that I made the right choice of purchasing Thermaltake. The built of this unit is military heavy duty.

This has been a great power supply for me. I upgraded to this from a 500 wt because I got a new video card and wanted the extra horsepower. I have had no problems with not having enough power, and this supply run's really quiet. It was very easy to install. My only complaint would be that it was a bit too narrow for the enclosure that the power supply goes in on my box, so I only have it attached by two screws. Because I am not moving my box around a lot it has not been a problem.

This has enough power for a moderate gaming machine and this model has very good reviews at other sites, so it should hold up well. The sale price at BB makes this one of the best bargains for 600W supplies. It's quiet, looks nice and very cost-effective.

Old power supply died and replaced it with this one. So far after several months of use it has run like a champ no complaints here. One thing to note is that some of the connectors split apart if your motherboard has a 20pin connection vs 24 or 6 vs 8 pin connection for PCI-e.

This PS is quiet and performs well. It replaced an old 500 Watt Silent PS in my custom built system and has not had a hiccup. Run the system stable and does not generate any additional heat issues. I would recommend it.

My existing unit failed one Sunday morning. I stopped out to Best Buy for a replacement and quickly found a replacement power supply similar to the factory installed unit. When I mentioned to the Sales Associate that I do 3D graphic work, he suggested that I step up to the Thermaltake unit. It was much more powerful and as it was on sale, the unit was the priced similar to the lower output model. Although the task of replacement looked daunting at first, the installation was straightforward and completed in about 15 - 20 minutes. The unit functions well and I have had very good results with its operation.

I wanted a power supply that could allow me to upgrade my graphics card to a higher end one (GTX 960 2GB GDDR5). Also important was to have a power supply unit that would not make a lot of noise due to the increased power. This unit succeeded on both counts. I haven't noticed any increased noise from the unit moving from a 300 to this 600, although I also didn't overclock my video card yet (don't need it). Everything runs very smooth and quiet, like a new car. I would recommend this unit without hesitation.

This is the only choice for a quality low cost power supply. It has the power you need for all but the hardcore computers. The leads are long and mesh wrapped and it has all the different ones needed for the newer computers. It is also very quiet. A popular parts selling company has sold tons of these and had stellar reviews on it. I have bought and replaced many power supplies in the last five years and this has been my favorite. I have one running my computer right now.

Quality built power supply. Has nice plug options but would be great if you could unplug unused wires to keep the clutter to a minimum. That being said, there is still some cord management that helps with the clutter a little. It is very quiet and was the best deal for the watts. Will serve you well if you just need a nice amount of power and aren't taxing your system to death like a a gaming system would.

This is an excellent power supply at a price point that almost anybody afford. It's well constructed and has ample power outputs which is something you would expect to find on more costly units. The 600 watts of power are more than adequate for all but high end PC builds. Best of all Thermaltake warranties it's power supplies for five years...at this price you just can't go wrong.

Had a Mid-range computer setup and the old power supply died. Bought this one after reading a few good reviews. It was on sale at the time and I wasn't looking a a high powered supply, this one fit the bill perfect. Been installed for a few weeks now and don't seem to have any issues. It's quiet and works well.

I had upgraded my power supply from 300W to 350W 15 months ago, and already the new power supply cooling fan had seized up, necessitating a new one. This one was on sale at about 33% off, and was more wattage than I really needed, but promised to be fairly quiet. Best of all, I could order it on line and have it ready for pick up when I reached the store. Turns out it had many more connections than I actually needed, plus 2 12-volt power rails, and the large horizontal fan (as opposed to a smaller vertical one) pulls all the air necessary for good cooling at a lower RPM, so I got a really good deal, a quieter power supply (nearly silent), and more wattage than I need. Playing a video no longer causes deafening fan roar. Installation was trivial/routine and I'm back up and running with zero problems.

The ps I was using on my desktop gave up the ghost and I needed to something fast and relatively cheap. The ps has fit those requirements nicely. Power output seems consistent and it's been running under near constant load since I got it several weeks ago.

When a product says "Modular" on the box, gamers like myself have a image of a certain kind of power supply that allows actually pick the cords coming from the power supply. This was not the case. Instead i found super thin leads to all the connects and no modularity what so ever. I still decided to give it a shot and turned out just fine in a small gaming rig recently put together. The cords are thin with no extra protective sheaths to get in the way, allowing me to rout cords in the back of the small and outdated mid sized tower I had. All in all its good. Quiet enough not to notice during a game with headphones under full load and delivers enough juice for a AMD rig using one GTX 960.

I bought this to replace an OEM power supply in my parents computer and this one worked great for just under $60(on sale). While not modular, this power supply is a great replacement for almost any desktop computer.
