• No it does not come with a motherboard, it is just an empty case with one fan and some cables and screws.

• its just a case, that is to say, it is only the outer shell of a computer. there is no motherboard, cpu, ram, power supply or hard drives. that said, it is a very nice case. mine is whisper quiet.
