Mine does the same thing. Images are on memory catd but not on phone when disconnected. Dont know why.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When connected via Wi-Fi to the app, the Dash Cam stops recording. If you start driving, after a couple of minutes the Dash Cam will announce "disconnected from a smartphone". If you wish to access the app again, just make sure that your phone is still connected to the Thinkware network, and open the app again.
