• Hi Mary I was trying to work that out. If I have the radio one I can't hear the Thinkware speak. Not sure if anyone else can answer this question. If I find out I will let you know. Chrissie

• Hi There, to increase the volume, go to System Settings > Volume > Set Volume 3. 3 is the highest.
