Just had mine installed today, downloaded the app, followed the instruction to connect to the unit’s wifi but was unsuccessful. My wifi setting was telling me that the thinkware..wifi has weak security. Any suggestions? null

It has a weak security because it’s the factory 123456789. Once you change it, it will be ok.

You are still able to connect with the app even if it shows "weak security" or "no internet available" as this Wi-Fi works similar to a Bluetooth connection, simply pairing your phone with the Dash Cam, but not providing internet access.
