why cant i get it to work on my xbox 360? null

The T.Flight Hotas One is not compatible with the XBOX 360. It is compatible with XBOX Series X/S, One and PC.

If you have a PC check the switch on the front of the right stick make sure it’s not on PC and switch to Xbox if you do have it set on PC. look it up to the PC get the latest firmware but make sure the switch is on the right setting if you’re using a PC switch to PC if you’re using an Xbox switch it to Xbox
