“Will the pre-order ship on 10/21/21 which is the official pre-order date? Or will it ship on 10/31/21 as stated on the best buy website currently? Seems odd to have two different release dates.”

Release for this wheel is scheduled for Nov 21, 2021. It's the same date now for all the pre-order sites.

Its hard to determine when these products will be available- that goes for everyone selling products retail or etail. Dates on everything are getting pushed out. Its neither Best Buy nor Thrustmaster fault. Its just what is happening to the whole world right now... ports are backed up. not enough truck drivers..slow distribution... its a snowball effect. Read the news!
