It has a range of 400 feet. But you can use the network for stuff outside of that.

If you are within Bluetooth range (400ft for the Tile Pro) of your Tile you can ring the Tile using the app on your phone. When in Bluetooth range the Tile will ring so you can hear it to find. If your Tile is outside of Bluetooth range it will auto connect to the millions of people who make up the Tile network to find your item. The Tile network is every phone with the Tile or Life360 app downloaded. When anyone in the Tile network comes within Bluetooth range of your misplaced Tile you will get an updated location in your Tile app, no matter how far away it is from you. So if your pet wonders off outside of Bluetooth range of your phone, any time your pet comes within 400ft of anyone else with the Tile or Life360 app on their phone it will give you an updated location of the Tile on your Tile app.
