Thanks for asking! Your Tile will not need to be on the outside of your luggage and can be placed on the inside of a compartment. Please keep in mind that any material between your Tile and the device it is connecting with may affect the range. It only have a short range though, like 250 feet I think. I’m not sure that would meet your needs.
