QuestionWhy is this not on the Tineco website and how do i get a replacement dirty water tank mine quit working after a month and says the dirty water tank is full when it isn't and all the tips in the manual and from the website do not help

- Answer exactly the same issue 10 seconds in - this is the second brand new machine that never got past this issue. I returned the first one, Tineco finally sent me another after a painful back and forth. I just tried the new one. It has never been used but apparently the water tank is dirty. not possible.
