• Hi Mikki, that is a great question! We only recommend our Tineco branded solution when using your iFLOOR3. Some of the electronic sensors in the unit can be triggered by ingredients that foam or are not compatible with the machine. Using anything other than the Tineco branded solution can also invalidate the warranty. Thanks!
