I’m sure they do. I caught mine on special for 30 bucks new. They always have deals like this. Watch out for them. If another store has something similar, BB may price match depending on who the competitor is. I don’t think they do it on used games though.

The thing is that not all stores carry used games for sale. I bought this game on sale. So it was actually cheaper to buy it new. So I recommend buying it on sale.

I haven't seen one available. But I think it has to do with supply, if nobody has traded one in recently, they won't have any available.
