Need a chest strap according to product documentation. Only newer "all sport" version has optical sensor for heart rate. As far as I can tell it is ANT compatible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HR is built into the watch, you just need to have it positioned correctly and tight enough to get an accurate reading. As you track your workouts and sync to your phone it will show you calories burned.
