• It does not. Its a neck fan with 3 built-in cooling pads.

• Whats interesting about this device is the physics principles evolved in it. This is a thermometric machine also known as Peltier machine. Matter of fact it uses the same principle as some phone coolers use. For anyone interested there are some cool videos here in YT.
