No, Chromebooks do not support iTunes. It supports almost every other web based music service. Apple still doesn't have a web based interface which is ridiculous. Use Google Music for free.

To get around this I just switched to another music service like Google Music so now I can now listen my music from Chromebook, phone and any regular desktop browser. Better solution then iTunes.

But you can export your iTunes library to Google's alternative music service from which it will be available from basically any computer as well as smartphones.
