I don't have that problem. 1) I don't know what you're using to make the video call 2) I don't know if you've tried to talk to other people and they responded with the same thing. Try having a video call with someone else Try using Google Hangouts or Skype If you can't fix it then exchange it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm pretty sure it's the Internet connection speed. I was on travel for a week and used Google Hangouts to chat with my wife. Sometimes the voice/video was awesome and sometimes it was mediocre...depended on the WiFi connection.
