I can't imagine why it wouldn't, but even if it doesn't, the size and price of this drive makes it a great portable backup drive - just pop it in an SATA hard drive case (Best Buy sells them) OR, grab one off of eBay - I pulled a 750 GB drive from my Lenovo that was corrupted, replaced it with this, installed my reinstall software - got my Lenovo back up and running, reformatted my 750gb drive and dropped it into a drive case, giving me a huge backup, pocket sized drive to keep all of our family photo collections going back to 1998-99 - the last time we used actual film. I have another 500 gig backup case drive where I keep everything else from tax returns to my entire music collection, important documents, contacts and important programs. If the house caught on fire, you don't grab the family photo album anymore. you grab the backup drives and hopefully a couple of the laptops - must be thousands of photos on there. would take a truck to haul all those albums out of the house while it burns. And you can take it with you anywhere. Very useful and so worth it for the price, even if for some reason it won't work in your computer. highly recommended
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The computer itself can be upgraded to this drive, however based on the age of your model, you won't be able to take full advantage of this drive's features. It might be best to upgrade your laptop all together.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES< YES. I have a P105-S9337 unit and the increased capacity is worth it. I did a clone of original drive and had no problems. Just make sure you have the Utility/Driver discs available if needed. Belarc Advisor is a good printout to have on hand for before and after reviewing. Plus, this is a Toshiba drive with 5400 rpm so no overheating will occur.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That depends on what OS you are running. If it will not see the whole drive, you may have to create a partition or two.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 1TB Toshiba drive should work just fine with your laptop. However, I would consult the official documentation from Toshiba on capacity limits with older computers (should be available online). To my knowledge, that system shouldn't have any limits put on the capacity of the hard drive (I once had a 1TB drive in a Power Mac G5 and use this same 1TB in a Mac mini from 2006).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It shouldn't have a problem recognizing.
