1. This TV comes in Black only. 2. To get local channels you need an antenna (not included).

Larger size TVs from other manufacturers sometimes come in dark gray rather than black, but that’s not much of a difference! I use mine in my garage with no antenna at all. If you have WiFi service in your house the TV can receive several channels such as Netflix, Hulu and others. As for your local channels, you may need to check that out with the salesperson in your area. Pretty sure one of the available Apps that comes with the TV included ABC, but again, I can’t promise that you would be receiving ABC local broadcasting.
