QuestionI want to connect the TV(hardwired) instead off wi-fi. Because the signal keeps dropping. I plugged the Ethernet cable (RJ45), but the TV does not recognize it. How do I disable the WI-FI or tell it to look for Ethernet.

QuestionCan you use the USB port to show a slide show from a flash drive?

- Answer Let me be more specific. My boss wants to use this TV like a billboard that can display a slideshow of pictures. I simply want to plug in a flash drive and show a slideshow of a string of pictures on that flash drive. Sure, I know, it seems like a waste of resources, but that what the boss wants and I don't want to have to connect a PC to it and waste more resources.

QuestionCan you play video files through the USB input via a flashdrive on continuous repeat? Please be honest..I've had to return over a dozen tv's to Best Buy because the techs stated the tv would do this on other models only to find out afterwards it couldn't

QuestionI have Comcast as my cable provider. Technician from Xfinity-Comcast set it up for me, but said I have to use the TV remote to turn on and off the TV and not the cable remote. Does anyone else have this problem?

- Answer An antenna will not get the same channels as a Verizon Fios Cable Box. You can hook up your Cable Box into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.

- Answer No. I am using this worthless Tv to block my dogs from going upstairs. Best Buy sold it to me with a nick in it and would not let me return it. I suggest you open everything at the store, look it over carefully because if you get it home and then find that it is damaged you are stuck with the item
