Yes, the only TV content I have is by antenna & internet streaming. CBS/NBC 1080i signals look terrific upscaled to 2K, and ABC/Fox/PBS 720p signal also look very good. While it's only 60hz, motion in football games look great. I haven't seen a plasma to compare to, but I'm very pleased with the Toshiba picture quality.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have it hooked up to antenna as an input and the CBS and NBC HD channels come out great! Very clean and clear. I've had a plasma TV in the past and I would say it's just as clear or better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm using an indoor amplified antenna as our condo doesn't allow outdoor antennae or satellite dishes. Antenna coax cable is split going into the coax input of each of my TV's in my living room. I pick up 43 channels including CBC Windsor (Canada). No, signals are not upscaled to 4K; they show in their native resolution as-broadcast. This is confirmed by hitting the "Info" button which shows the program info and resolution. CBS, NBC, and CW are in 1080i; Fox, ABC, ion, and CBC are in 720p. PBS, it depends. Detroit PBS station is in 1080i; Cenntral Michigan PBS station is in 720p. Looks about the same as my 5-year-old Vizio 47-inch LED, but better (sharper) than my 9-year-old Panasonic 50-inch plasma. (I disconnected my Vizio to connect the Toshiba so can't compare side-by-side.)
