“I am trying to set the TV up turn the TV on the remote well not allow me to set it up I tried to get my cable remote connected it connected then I still couldn't control the TV what is the process. Not instructions in box.”

I had the same problem, I had to get the most updated remote control my cable company offered (AT&T) and followed instructions on how to sync remote to the TV
