“The TV settings does not come on. It hungs. I tried to unplug the TV and remove batteries from the remote. All I see is 3 white dots sequentially blinking at the bottom right hand side of the screen. How can I change my picture settings?”

• Try to press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds to launch the Quick Access menu, there you will find picture settings. For Toshiba support please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday. David M. - Toshiba Support
