“Tv starts loading everything very slow and sometimes it turns off before loading the apps. its been 1 year and 1/2 is there anything I can do ? I bough this tv trough Amazon”

Try to do a Factory Reset go Home > Settings > Device & Software > Reset to Factory Defaults. Or try to use an External Streaming device.
