While watching a video, press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds to launch the Quick Access menu, select Display settings to adjust the Picture Size and Aspect Ratio. David M. - Toshiba Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.At the top of the screen you should have a "Home" menu bar. Go all the way to the right and click "Settings". A new menu bar should show up in the middle of the screen. From this menu you can make all the available settings. Hope you have better 'luck' than I. I couldn't get any setting to adjust to how "I" wanted the screen to look. It appears 'someone' has decided that for us. Also, I and others have complained about the color settings as well. Screen colors have the wrong hue - red is pink, Green goes yellow, blue fades, wood has an unnatural color. At least I couldn't get it to work after spending several hours trying to adjust the "Picture and Display" settings. I returned the unit! If you have the voice (Alexa) remote just ask her. Once you and she 'get together', she helps.
