A non-answer from Toshiba support. I've tried for a while now to find a remote (or an app) that would allow a family member to use a numeric keypad to enter channel numbers. The lack of this feature is frustrating. BTW, I can't get the app to connect 90% of the time (this is a common complaint online). Doesn't anyone have a hack to allow us to specify channels?
