I am having the same issue, and the channels are not in order when scrolling through either. Did you ever get yours fixed?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I set up the TV, I gave it some time to load data. Are you connected to cable? Is it the cable box that is causing the currently unavailable ino on channels? When working as a smart tv, it has lots of streaming sources but no channels. If you are cable connected, make sure you are pointed to the appropriate source for you cable input (HDMI1, HDMI2, etc)
