“Mine does not have a "Power ON" option under "Display & Sounds" (nor anywhere) in the menu. Why not? And, is there any other way of getting the TV to default to an input when powered on?”

• Try to update your TV. Go Home > Settings > Device & Software > About > Check for System Update. David M. - Toshiba Support
