“Alexa voice is too loud when switching from Uverse TV. Is there a way to lower Alex Voice or raise the Uverse volume so there isn't such a difference when switching between the two?”

I also have Uverse, which may not matter anyway, and I haven't been able to lower Alexa's volume without also lowering the TV's volume. I've tried using the Alexa smart phone app and selecting the TV device, but that didn't work either. I'm also interested in a solution.
